Tai Chi – Ages 55+
Tai Chi Chi Kung Practice is for building and maintaining health. Different schools use different moves and sequences to achieve the same aim. The practice at the sessions offered here include Breathing; Stretching; Keeping Joints Lubricated; a Fixed Warm-up; and Tai Chi Chi Kung 18 Steps (TCCK 18 Steps) Movements are gentle, slow, low impact, in a flowing continuous meditative sequence.
